Question: Is it safe to use more than one setting in a single session?
Answer: Yes, feel free to alternate between the three different light therapies. They will be most effective when you use each setting for at least 15 minutes at a time but you can’t over-do light therapy.

Answer: Yes it is perfectly safe to use if you are sensitive to light – just use it in a well-lit room.
Question: Which cleanser or cream should I use before putting the mask on?
Answer: You can use your normal face wash/cleanser before using RoyalTherapy™ LED Mask. It’s important to remember to completely dry your face before putting on the mask.
Question: Is it safe to use in the shower or bathtub?
Answer: No. It is not for use in water and must be kept dry at all time.
Question: Is my vision limited whilst wearing it?
Answer: No, the mask is designed to allow you to see clearly while wearing it, meaning you can go about your daily tasks as normal, read, watch TV, use your phone, computer, tablet, etc.
