Yummylooks partners with global merchants in order to provide you with the best prices and the BEST online shopping experience for you to shop anytime, anywhere!

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders will be sent to dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–12 business days.

Do Note: Once an order is shipped cancelling an order will not be applicable.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices are mentioned during your checkout based on your destination. However, if your cart exceeds 100 USD or equivalent you get FREE SHIPPING.

DO NOTE: We do FREE SHIPPING offers from time to time depending on the season.

Where can I track my order?

We send you a direct tracking link in your inbox once your purchase.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Most items will arrive in about 10 – 14 work days. While we work with our courier partners to get your items to you in the shortest time, certain issues such as high season and customs check are out of our control.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us support@yummylooks.com and we will fix it for you.

Delivery Failure

1. Missing

If a parcel does not reach a customer within 45 Days of shipping, we regard it as missing.
In these cases, we can re-send a new parcel or process a customer refund.

2. Unclaimed Return

If a parcel is returned to Yummylooks.com because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Yummylooks.com is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.

Customs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees and policies, which are determined by the destination country’s government. While Yummylooks is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries, we are happy to help you understand current customs regulations in your country.
